We were living in Chicago and planning a move to Texas last year, but honestly didn’t know where to start or how to find the right realtor. A friend recommended Alden, and from our first virtual meeting, he was super responsive and easy to talk to. He really took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us figure out a plan.

When we first came to Dallas, we were pretty overwhelmed since the area is so big and we had no idea where to focus. Alden drove us around to different neighborhoods we were interested in and explained each area, including what’s developing and what to expect in the future. That helped us narrow things down a lot.

One thing that really stood out is how knowledgeable he is, not just about real estate, but also construction and home quality. We originally didn’t plan on buying a new build, but with his guidance, we ended up going that route and it turned out to be the best decision for us. The whole new construction process can feel complicated, but Alden made it way less stressful and gave us a lot of confidence along the way.

The design process could’ve been a headache, but with Alden’s guidance, we were able to make decisions much more effectively. He helped us think through the options and stay within our budget without overcomplicating things.

He was always respectful of our choices and never pushy, which we really appreciated. He also gave helpful advice on construction quality and even estimated costs if we wanted to change or upgrade things later.

Since we were still in Chicago for most of the process, Alden really went above and beyond, he visited neighborhoods for us, took videos, and helped us decide on a lot even when we couldn’t be there in person.

He showed up to every meeting, stayed on top of everything, and made sure all our questions were answered. He even walked through our third-party inspection with us to make sure everything looked good.

Overall, Alden is super knowledgeable, patient, reliable, and easy to work with. He made what could’ve been a stressful move feel smooth and manageable. Definitely recommend him.

My wife and I have worked with 3 other realtors so far over a few properties whom each are knowledgeable to some degree. Alden however has came across being the most knowledgeable in terms of construction from his experience rehabbing houses. He was able to advise on construction quality and provide estimated costs of replacing something.
